Headquartered in Seattle, Washington –360° Hotel Group develops, owns and operates branded and independent hotels. These include the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton in Lynnwood, the Best Western plus Navigator Inn & Suites in Everett, the independent Hotel Nexus in Seattle North, and the upscale extended stay Staybridge Suites in Mukilteo in the Seattle, WA area. test

Challenge

360° Hotel Group is no stranger to data. With the addition of the recently opened SpringHill Suites and TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Bellingham, the family owned 360° Hotel Group knew that they needed to maintain their position as a leading hospitality company in the northwestern United States. Senior management relied on their existing Financial and CRM system to generate reporting that was inefficient and lacked the analytical depth to help them make informed decisions. Realizing their analytics and reporting infrastructure required a makeover, 360° Hotel Group reached out to Alphabyte Solutions for a 21st-century solution to their problem.
