To Address Modern Niagara’s challenges, we developed a bid performance dashboard that gives Executives and Estimators a holistic view of jobs in the bid pipeline. The dashboard captures all projects in the pipeline and shows how revenue breaks down by Trade, Location, and status (Won, Bid, Future). The dashboard provides insights into how the company is performing versus Target and highlights future opportunities.
Note the following KPIs in the dashboard:
- Revenue Target: The revenue goal for the specific period
- Revenue Won: The accumulated revenue from awarded jobs
- Remaining Target: The outstanding revenue required to achieve the revenue target (Revenue Target – Revenue Won)
- Won Bids vs Target: Revenue Won as a percentage of Target
- All Bids vs Target: The value of all Bids (Won + Outstanding) as a percentage of Target
