Our Approach

  • Over 2 to 4 weeks we audit your Microsoft 365 tenant, SharePoint sites, lists, data sources and integration points. We document content volumes, governance gaps and how data moves today. The result is a clear picture of the current state and an agreed list of priorities, so the scope is based on facts.

  • We design the site structure, list schemas, content types, metadata and security model, along with the pipeline patterns that connect Microsoft 365 to your other systems. Integration points are documented and reviewed with your team before the build starts. Where a dataset has outgrown SharePoint, we recommend a better home for it.

  • We move and load data using Azure Data Factory, Power Query or SharePoint migration tools, depending on the source and its complexity. Migrations run in phases with content mapping and validation. Pipelines get scheduling, error handling and logging, so data arrives on time and any failure is visible straight away.

  • We configure sensitivity labels, retention policies, role-based access and audit logging across the tenant, aligned to your compliance obligations. Governance policies for ownership, naming and content lifecycle are written down and applied, so new sites and lists follow the same rules as the ones we build for you.
