  • Over 1 to 3 weeks we meet the people who will use the software, map your current processes and review your existing systems and data. We also look at packaged options, so you only build what you cannot buy. You get a clear list of requirements and priorities.

  • We turn the requirements into a development plan that fits your business goals. It sets out which processes the app covers, which systems it connects to, the platform we recommend, such as Power Apps or .NET, and the order of delivery. You agree on the plan before we build.

  • We design the data model, the screens and the integrations, then review mockups with your users before development starts. Changes cost little at this stage, so we take time to get the workflow right. Security and access roles are designed in from the start, not added at the end.

  • We build in short phases, usually 2 to 4 weeks each, and show working software at the end of every phase. The first release covers your most important process, then we add modules. We connect the app to your existing systems and plan go-live to keep disruption low.

  • We train your users and administrators on the new application and give them clear documentation. After go-live we stay on hand to answer questions, fix issues and help your team settle into new ways of working. Support continues for as long as you need it.

  • After launch we monitor performance and usage and collect feedback from your users. We use what we learn to remove friction, tune performance and add features as your business changes, so your application keeps pace with your processes instead of falling behind them.

Low-code builds, for example on Power Apps, usually cost less than fully custom code. Platform licences are separate. We scope the work with you after discovery, before any build starts.

  • Both. Low-code platforms such as Power Apps suit internal applications that sit within Microsoft 365, and they can be built and changed quickly. For complex business logic, high volumes or client-facing applications, we write custom code, for example in .NET and C#, Node.js or Python, hosted on Azure or another cloud you use. We recommend one to suit your needs.

  • Yes. Most of our applications connect to existing ERP, CRM, accounting and Microsoft 365 systems, so data is entered once and flows where it is needed. We use each system's own APIs and connectors where they exist, and our data integration team handles the more complex connections.
