  • Over 1 to 2 weeks we meet the people doing the work, review your systems and data, and agree on what success looks like. You leave this step with a clear picture of where AI can help and where it can't.

  • We score each AI use case on value, effort and risk, and pick one or two pilots with a clear owner and a measurable goal. Use cases that need data you don't have yet go on a list for later.

  • Over 4 to 8 weeks we build the pilot on your data, test it with real users and measure it against the goal. You see it working on your own documents and systems before deciding on rollout.

  • After the pilot we connect the solution to your systems, apply your security and access rules, document it and train your team. A person stays in charge of the decisions that need judgement.

  • We monitor results, fix what breaks and tune the solution as your processes change. Once the first use case pays back, we add the next one from the list.
