Data Integration Services

Alphabyte is a Toronto data integration company. We connect your ERP, CRM, financial systems, legacy databases and third-party applications so data moves between them on its own, accurately and on schedule. Your teams stop copying data by hand, and every report starts from the same numbers.

We build integration pipelines with tools such as Azure Data Factory and AWS Glue, across Azure, AWS, Google Cloud and hybrid environments.

What We Do

Data integration services and solutions that connect every system your business runs on.

Our data engineers design the integration architecture, build the pipelines and keep them running. Legacy systems, cloud platforms, third-party APIs and real-time data streams all feed one reliable data environment, with checks that catch bad data before it reaches a report.

Most clients come to us when the same data is typed into two systems, when files from partners arrive in different formats, or when reports depend on someone exporting to Excel. We map how data moves today, then automate the flows that matter most first.

We build with Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue and SQL Server Integration Services, and every pipeline follows the same ETL best practices: documented business logic, automated quality checks and alerts when a load fails.

How Can Alphabyte Help Me?

  • We start by reviewing your current systems, data sources and integration problems. We talk to the people who enter and use the data, list every manual transfer and export, and find where connecting systems will save the most time or remove the most errors. This usually takes 1 to 2 weeks.

  • We agree on which sources are in scope, how each one connects, how often data must move and what the delivery milestones are. Clear boundaries keep the build focused and predictable, and later phases are planned rather than added in a rush. You approve the scope before anything is built.

  • We map how data moves through your organization today and how it should move once systems are connected. Business rules, such as how a customer is matched across systems or how revenue is calculated, are written down and confirmed with the people who own them.

  • We design an integration architecture that fits your existing systems, grows with your data and causes minimal disruption to daily operations. We choose proven tools such as Azure Data Factory or AWS Glue, decide where APIs or streaming are needed, and plan monitoring from the start.

  • Over about 4 to 10 weeks for a first phase, we build, test and deploy the pipelines, reconciling results against each source. After launch we monitor every data flow, fix failures, tune performance and add new sources, so your integrations keep working as your systems change.

Your Data Integration Partner

Integration works best when the team that connects your systems also understands how the data will be used. Alphabyte is a Microsoft Solutions Partner in Data & AI, with an AWS Certified Solutions Architect on the team, and has served 100+ organizations since 2015.

We connect systems for public-sector organizations, large enterprises and mid-market companies. When integrated data needs a home, the same team builds the warehouse and the reporting on top of it.

We work with mid-market and enterprise organizations across Canada and the United States. Related services: data warehousing services, data migration and data analytics consulting.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Data integration services connect the separate systems your business runs on, such as your ERP, CRM, finance tools and databases, so data moves between them automatically. A data integration company designs the pipelines, cleans and matches the data and monitors every flow, so reports and applications work from complete, consistent information.

  • A data integration consultant reviews your systems, maps how data should move between them and designs the architecture to do it. At Alphabyte our data integration consulting team also builds the pipelines, tests them against your source systems and supports them after launch, so one team owns the result from assessment to daily running.

  • ETL services pull data out of source systems, reshape it to your business rules and load it into a data warehouse or another application. ELT does the same work in a different order, reshaping data after it lands. We build ETL and ELT pipelines on tools such as Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue and SQL Server Integration Services, with monitoring on every load.

  • You usually need it when staff copy data between systems by hand, when monthly reporting depends on exports to Excel, or when two systems disagree about the same customer or order. It also becomes urgent when you add a new platform, such as a new CRM, that has to share data with the rest of the business.

  • Data migration is a one-time move of data from an old system to a new one. Data integration is ongoing. It keeps several live systems connected so data flows between them every day. Many projects need both: migrate history into a new platform, then integrate it with the systems that remain.

  • A first phase usually takes about 4 to 10 weeks after a 1 to 2 week assessment, depending on how many sources are involved and how clean their data is. We connect the most valuable systems first and add more sources in later phases, so your team sees results early.

  • Cost depends on the number of systems, whether they offer modern APIs or need custom connectors, data volume, how often data must move and how much cleanup is needed. Platform licences are separate. We scope the work with you after the assessment, so you know what is included before the build starts.

  • Yes. Many of our projects connect older on-premises systems to cloud platforms on Azure, AWS or Google Cloud. Where a legacy system has no API, we build an integration layer that reads its data safely, and we preserve historical records so nothing is lost when newer systems take over.

  • Yes. When systems cannot exchange data out of the box, we design and build custom APIs and integration layers. Each one is secured, documented and built to handle growing volumes, so new applications can connect to your data later without starting another project.

  • We add automated validation rules to every pipeline, reconcile results against each source system before launch and alert your team when a load fails or data looks wrong. Problems are traced and fixed at the source, not hidden downstream, so reports built on the integrated data can be trusted.
